So Hamiltonian Fellows will have the opportunity to show their work at the Hamiltonian Gallery during the two-year program.

Each year, the group of newly selected fellows will open our exhibitiont season with a group "introduction" show. During the two-year term each artist will have the opportunity for two additional shows. These shows will be limited to two artists each so that the participating artists are able to fully utilize the substantial allotted space. There will also be the possibility of solo shows for second-year fellows based on performance.

YEAR ONE : The first-year shows will be collaborative, with a common theme among the exhibiting artists.

YEAR TWO : The second-year focus show will highlight the artist's own artistic vision for the future. A selected "Hot Shot" artist will also be given the opportunity to have a solo show in the second year of his/her term. The selection of this "Hot Shot" artist will be based on the performance of all 1st year fellows at the end of their first exhibition season.

A sample schedule for our exhibition season starting in August is shown below. Each show will last approximately six weeks.
